PRIVACY/DATA NOTICE

This Privacy/Data Notice describes how Isadore House collects, uses, and protects information about Members, household members, guests, and their children.

1. Information Collected. Contact and account information, membership tier and household information, payment and billing records, check-in and booking history, photo consents, emergency contacts, authorized-pickup designations, and non-parent caregiver authorizations.

2. Children’s Health Information. Isadore House collects children’s allergy, dietary, medical-needs, and similar health information solely to provide safe childcare and respond to emergencies. Access is limited to staff who need it for those purposes, and this information is never sold or used for marketing.

3. How Information Is Used. To administer memberships and billing, provide programming and childcare, communicate with Members (including reservation and billing reminders), maintain safety and security, enforce the Club Rules, and comply with law. Isadore House does not sell Member or child information.

4. Service Providers. Isadore House shares information only as needed with service providers that support its operations, including Stripe, Inc. (payment processing and storage of saved payment methods; Isadore House does not store full card numbers), website and booking providers, and email providers (such as Google and MailerLite). Independent vendors operating on the premises (such as a café or wellness service provider) are not Isadore House’s service providers and will not receive Member or child information from Isadore House without the Member’s consent.

5. Emergency and Legal Disclosures. Isadore House may disclose information to emergency responders and medical providers in an emergency, and as required by law or legal process.

6. Retention and Security. Isadore House retains information for twelve (12) months after a membership ends (or longer if required by law or to resolve a pending dispute or complaint), uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and will provide notice of a security breach as required by the Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act (Ark. Code Ann. § 4-110-101 et seq.).

7. Member Responsibilities and Choices. Each Member must keep the Member’s and child’s information accurate and current, and may request access to or correction of that information or change photo consents at any time by contacting Isadore House at the notice email address set forth in Section 19 of the Agreement.
