Here’s where you come in

Before we build, we want to make sure this village is wanted. Theodora becomes real when 50 moms say yes, and your $25 reservation is your yes. It's what lets us sign a lease and get started together.

Every reservation includes:

  • Invitations to pre-launch member coffees with Christine, where you shape Theodora

  • An invite to the pre-launch open house

  • Your $25 credited back to your membership

The first 50 reservations become Founding Members

Founding Member perks:

  • 20% off, locked in for as long as your membership stays active

  • Your name on the Founding Members wall at Theodora

  • Exclusive Founding Member events, swag, and priority booking

  • And, honestly, Christine's eternal gratitude!

After that, reservations join the Priority List, first in line for membership when we open. If a founding spot opens up, it goes to the next person on the list.

About Christine

Hi! I'm Christine, a Fayetteville mom to a rambunctious little 2-year-old boy named Teddy (officially Theodore 😉).

Before Theodora, I spent eight years as COO of SupplyPike, building a culture where people felt like they truly belonged. It's still the thing I'm proudest of.

Then I became a mom. Suddenly a hot coffee and an adult conversation felt like a luxury, and taking an hour for myself came with a side of guilt. I thought, if I could build belonging into a workplace, why not into a space for moms?

That's why I'm building Theodora. A place where you don't have to choose between being a good mom and being you. A space to be more than Mom.

Frequently asked questions

  • It reserves your place in line, gets you invitations to pre-launch member coffees with Christine and the open house, and is credited toward your membership. The first 50 reservations become Founding Members. You'll get a welcome email from Christine right after you reserve.

  • Reserve anyway! You'll join the Priority List with the same invitations and the same $25 credit. If a Founding Member steps away before opening, the next person in line moves into her spot.

  • Yes, unless you tell us otherwise. One to two months before we open, we'll email you our opening date, your membership plan, your rate, and a deadline to opt out or change plans. If you stay in, your first month is charged when we open, minus your $25 credit.

  • Yes. You can switch plans anytime before opening, and we'll confirm your plan with you before anything is charged.

  • Yes. If you opt out before we open, or if Theodora doesn't open, you'll get your full $25 back. Email us at support@theodoraclub.com if you choose to opt out.

  • Totally fine! Sign up for our emails at the bottom of this page, and follow along on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for updates on the space, events, and our opening date. Just know that founding spots are first come, first served, so you'll want to reserve before they're gone!

  • We're exploring spaces along I-49, from north Fayetteville to Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, and hope to open in mid-2027, depending on the space and renovation timeline. Founding Members and Priority List members will be the first to know.

    Where our founding members live will help guide where we land, so after you reserve, tell us which location works best for you.

  • Moms in Northwest Arkansas who want a space of their own.

  • Your little ones are cared for on-site by vetted, CPR-certified caregivers while you're in the club. We'll start with ages 18 months to 5, with plans to grow. Members can book childcare ahead, and walk-ins are welcome when there's space, which keeps caregiver-to-child ratios right.

  • Childcare hours are counted per child, per hour. If you bring two little ones for two hours, that uses four hours from your monthly membership. Hours reset each month and don't roll over.

    Need more time? Add a 4-hour block anytime for $50.

  • Bring them along to our parent-supervised areas. Little nappers are welcome in our private wellness rooms.
